MIPPR is an international conference on multispectral image processing and pattern recognition. It is held on every two years. This conference provides an opportunity for scientist, engineers, and graduate students to present and discuss new problems, solutions, and technology in the area. Multispectral image processing and pattern recognition 2003(MIPPR’03) will be held on October 20-22, 2003, in Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing,China. SPIE would be a technical cosponsor and as a publisher of the proceedings.
