Apart from general papers to be presented at the forthcoming conference, we shall organize several special plenary sections for top quality invited papers. An invited paper should present recent important original research results and/or a review and analysis on existing techniques in the fields of the relevant topics. The invited papers submitted (a minimum of eight pages) will be reviewed by at least two members of the program committee. Based on the recommendation of the reviewers, an invited paper submitted could be accepted as invited paper or general paper or be rejected, depending on the scientific quality, the overall organization, and the clarity of presentation of the paper.
